Designed to be intense, flexible, and easily auto-regulated as the weeks pass, you can breathe easy knowing that you’ve got a plan that will cover all of your bases, no matter how many days you want to spend in the gym each week.
This L/P/P Program (legs, pull, push) is designed to cover the entire body with 6 days of exercise and 1 day of rest per week.
This program is designed for an advanced lifter who can handle a higher volume gym routine.
