Why Letting Go of Thirst Makes You More Confident

Nov 05, 2024

Today, I’m going to tell you something super important. If you’re struggling with dating or just not having great relationships, listen up. You might be focusing on all the wrong things. Today, let’s talk about why you should "desexualize" your brain, which can actually help you be more confident and attract the kind of people you want in your life.

Step 1: Don’t Be Thirsty

When I say "don’t be thirsty," I mean, don’t let yourself think about dating or relationships all the time, especially in a way that makes you feel like you have to impress someone or get their approval. If you’re always trying to be liked, you’re giving away your power. The more you act like you need someone else to like you, the less confident you look.

Step 2: Be True to Yourself

Imagine this: what if, for once, you didn’t care if someone liked you or not? You could say what you actually think, act how you really feel, and show who you really are without feeling nervous. That’s the real trick. When you don’t worry about impressing anyone, you actually become more interesting and confident!

Step 3: Forget About Impressing Anyone

Think about it: if you go on a date, and your only goal is to be yourself and have a good time, guess what happens? You’ll feel so much stronger. You’ll talk freely, be funny, and just be yourself. That’s way more attractive than trying to impress someone every step of the way.

Step 4: Live by Your Own Rules

So, how do you get there? Simple: start by creating rules for yourself about how you want to act and what matters to you. Don’t let your feelings tell you what to do all the time. Instead, set goals and stick to them.

Think of every moment as a chance to be the best version of yourself, not because you want someone to like you, but because you want to be that person. When you follow your own path, others will notice.

Remember, you attract what you are. Work on your internal value, and you’ll attract the right kind of woman into your life.

You are not a victim. You are a Headman.

Now it's time that we take the next step to develop you into the man that you were called to be.
