Why Women Say They Want You to Be Vulnerable
Nov 22, 2024Today, I want to talk about something important. Women often say they want a guy who is vulnerable and shows his emotions. But have you ever wondered why they say that? Let’s break it down together.
The Fantasy
Think about romance stories or movies that women love. In these stories, there’s usually a "bad boy" character. This guy is mysterious, a bit rebellious, and doesn’t care about rules. Women find him super attractive. At first, the woman in the story thinks he’s just trouble. But, somewhere in the middle of the story, he does or says something soft, like, “I could never live without you.” And boom! She thinks, “Wow, he really has a soft spot just for me.”
She doesn’t want a guy who’s nice to everyone. She wants that bad boy to be caring and kind only for her. That’s the core of the fantasy – the idea that she’s special enough to make him vulnerable, even though he’s usually strong and tough.
Why Women Say This to Men
Now, here’s where things get tricky. When a woman says she wants a man who is open and vulnerable, she’s really talking about a specific type of guy. She wants the confident, strong, masculine guy who is mostly mysterious – but once in a while, he shows his softer side just for her.
On the other hand, if a guy is too quick to wear his heart on his sleeve, expressing his love and emotions right away, she might lose interest. Why? Because he didn’t make her feel special enough to earn that side of him.
The Trap
Lots of guys hear women say, “I want a man who’s vulnerable,” and they think, “Oh, I should be more open and emotional.” But if you do that without showing that “bad boy” confidence first, she might not be as interested. Instead of being romantic, it can make you seem less attractive to her.
Remember, you attract what you are. Work on your internal value, and you’ll attract the right kind of woman into your life.
